Ship a Car Direct was quick, direct, and most importantly, transparent about their ordering and shipping process. Everyone I spoke to at Ship a Car Direct was understanding and knew the answers to all my questions (the videos were also extremely helpful). After being assigned a driver, Ship a Car Direct made sure that my vehicle was taken care of before, during, and after delivery. Overall, I would be very happy to use Ship a Car Direct again in the future.
