I had specific dates that I need my car to be transported from IL to FL - Kay worked very hard with me to get those dates and to get me a good price. She kept me informed via texts and Emails. Vladimir, the driver was also easy to work with, he picked up the car on time, called me or texted me and kept me informed and delivered on time. All in all a good experience. The car was a little dusty and dirty, but that was from being in an open carrier. other than that, no problems at all.
