John of "Ship A Car Direct" provided all the information requested by us (customer), in a very patient and courteous manner. His professionalism and friendly attitude gave us the confidence to trust our car with "Ship A Car Direct". Victor of Leader Auto Transport LLC (appointed by Ship A Car Direct) was very helpful and friendly. He took great care while loading/securing the car on the vehicle ramp, his lady colleague was very meticulous during the car inspection/reporting while taking delivery at New York. At all times the customer as both ends, shipping and receiving ends received prompt communication from the company.
