With a window of 5 days before or after, they picked up my car 6 days after preferred date that I asked for. My rep (Angela) told me carrier confirmed with her that pickup was a certain day, but when carrier contacted me they said they had given her 2 possible days not just 1 so a little mix-up there by Angela. The actual auto carrier/driver I dealt with was courteous and pleasant. They had a tire blow out so they arrived the 2nd of the two possible days given-that was a very legitimate excuse. My car was delivered just 3 days later (cross country) so quick service, no damage, just a very dirty car upon arrival. I was pleased with the driver/auto carrier, and somewhat satisfied with Angela. While she was always courteous and professional, when I'd call and leave a message (because she never answers her phone) I would always get a return EMAIL never a phone call. That was the only negative, and the only reason I didn't leave a 5-star rating.
