It was not clear to me the time it would take to schedule a carrier from the time I placed the order. I placed the order on October 10, 2017 but the pick up was not scheduled until October 16, 2017 with pick up that same day. The car did arrive quickly on October 18, 2017 and the driver was very polite and friendly.
