Ship A Car Direct is by far, the best transport service I have dealt with. After an unpleasant experience with shipping my first vehicle to Florida, I looked for another company and came across this 5 star gem! The level of customer service is absolutely the best and the fact that Ship A Car Direct stays in touch with text and automated emails throughout the entire process before, during and after vehicle pick up is outstanding. All expected delivery times were met and the transport service that Ship A Car Direct booked me with was amazing. The driver had a great personality and displayed just an overall amazing customer service skill set like Ship A Car Direct. I would never look at using another transport company again, I will be back for any future needs :-)
