Ship a Car Direct met my expectations. John was responsive and helpful.
Powerful Carriers did not meet my expectations - I had to call them to confirm the pick-up time. When there were delayed at pick-up, I could not contact the driver, Rubin. I had to call their dispatch and have them track him down. .
My car arrived with no damage.
