Before selecting a company to transport my car across country, I did some research online and found sites consistently rating Ship a Car Direct with 4-5 stars. Their website was also extremely informative. I contacted them and all ran very smoothly. Regular emails kept me informed and prepared. It took a little while for them to assign me a transportation provider, but an email told me they usually schedule and fall into place 3-5 days beforehand. The company they assigned me to, Jats Auto Transfer was exceptional. Again, I researched them online to make sure I wanted to accept them. They too had high ratings. Joseph was super professional, specifying a 2-hour time window a day beforehand and then on the day calling to let us know when he was an hour out. It only took 5 days from pick-up in CA to delivery in NJ. I was overall VERY happy with the service.
