Overall, the service was good. There were lots of emails with suggestions, guidelines and information. The fellow who picked up the car was efficient and seemed proficient in his job. He said delivery would be five to six days. Eventually, I received a call saying the car would be delivered a week after that. Three days later the driver called and said he would deliver in three hours. It would have been better if he had given earlier notice. Also, I filled out this form earlier, submitted it, had it go live, but no rebate has arrived. I made four contacts about the rebate without success. The experience was good, except for this rebate annoyance.
