Navigating the car shipping process was very confusing until we came across Ship-a-Car Direct. Their e-mails, videos and other communications answered all of our questions and gave us peace of mind that we had come to the right place. Steve was great, he e-mailed us often and was immediately available when we called with questions. There was even an App available with instructions for documenting the condition of our car in the event it was damaged in any way during shipment (it was not). The hauler arrived on time and was also great. All around, a great experience.
