Ship Direct has their customer service locked in. Its an excellent company with professional agents assisting along the way and everything is done to make sure the customer is well informed and educated throughout the process. While we did experience minor issues with the carriers pick up and delivery, Ship Direct was always there to assist with scheduling. I would definitely recommend them for any vehicle transport. Thanks Matt
