Scott was a dream to work with, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service. The car was picked up professionally, on time, and the driver was pleasant. Communication lines were open throughout the entire experience. Scott was easy going, caring, and understanding of my concerns and questions. When I called customer service, I never was on hold, and the folks I spoke with were patient and knowledgeable. When my car arrived, the driver had the car unloaded before I even got to him, and it was a quick and zero-hassle transaction altogether. I cannot express my satisfaction and gratitude enough for this company and the people in the company that helped me navigate this somewhat confusing endeaver of shipping my car across the country.
I spoke with several other car shipping companies, and all of the other companies were asking for an astronomically high price. One company even said it would be 1900 dollars (and that was if the car got picked up an hour and a half out of the way)! That same company also had aggressive sales staff who used unsavory tactics to try to sell.
All in all, Ship a Car Direct has been an absolute pleasure!!!
