I was initially concerned with going through a broker and getting a bad mover, but everything worked out fine and there were no issues.

The only complaint I'd have was that I had mentioned I had a generous window for my car pickup since I wasn't sure on the car shipper's schedule, but I mentioned I had a preference for later rather than earlier as the end date was my move out time. Even though I mentioned it on the phone, I don't think the information got passed along to the shipper, who I then had to contact directly to get the day of the pickup changed to what I had originally asked for in my preference. Nothing terrible, just a small kink in the process.
