My car was transported from CA to FL. I had to handle the entire process from overseas. The customer service was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My one concern is that the driver called the person the car was being delivered to, set up a time, and never showed nor called at the appointed time. The person the car was being delivered to had made special arrangements with their job in order to be present and now had a situation where the car was not delivered, nor was the driver responding. That person contacted me, I contacted Ship a Car Direct and then the driver finally called only to say that he had fallen asleep the day before...which does not explain why he did not contact the person as soon as he woke up! It was very confusing and concerning, plus the person the car was being delivered to now had lost TWO days of work in order to make sure she was home to receive the car...So while I was pleased with the service, I was not pleased with the driver because it made me nervous that the car seemed to "disappear" for a day...
