I needed an enclosed container to ship my brand new car 940 miles across several states. I got a quote from two brokers. ShipACarDirect's quote was lower and it was recommended to me by a friend. Matt followed up with me and answered all of my questions promptly. He sent a link with videos which answered all of my questions and concerns. It was my first time shipping a car. Ever. Based on this experience, I will do it again.
I was anxious. I bought a brand new car and had to ship it across several states. I didn't want any damages.
Ship A Car Direct dispatched my car to a carrier within 2 hours of submitting my order. I submitted my order a bit late: on Friday morning and requesting a shipper for Tue the following week. The shipper was very responsive and communicated very well. He even sent me a scan of the Bill of Lading once he picked up the car. He was able to pick up the car a day earlier than the original estimate which was my requested date. And he also delivered the car 2 days prior to the original estimate. I was very happy. Got my new car earlier than expected. Not a single scratch on it. Ship A Car Direct offers a free app for Android or iPhone which guides you thru the process of releasing and delivery inspection. The app shows you exactly what pictures to take and how and stores them for future reference. From every angle and panel of the vehicle. Very easy to follow and self explanatory.
The car arrived as if it had just come out of the dealer's lot. It had a bit of dust which is expected after such a long trip but that was all.
Overall I was very satisfied with the price, customer experience and the service. Will recommend to friends, family and whoever else needs to ship a car.
