Overall this was a super process. The Ship a Car Direct coordinators were clear, knowledgeable and helpful. Once the transport company was selected the Ship a Car Direct team followed up numerous times. The driver was super communicative, I got calls along the way providing me with updates. The truck arrived first thing in the morning and was very clean and delivery went off smoothly. My car was delivered in the same condition as it left my garage. I would use Ship a Car Direct again in a heartbeat
