My experience with Ship A Car Direct was great! They do a great job connecting you with a carrier quickly. I placed my order and a carrier contacted me within 2 hours and picked up my car that same day. Everything went smooth and it was a quick transaction. My only complaint which is definitely not Ship A Car Directs flaw is that the the carrier did not feel comfortable delivering to my house (although 53' moving trucks deliver in the neighborhood all the time). I had to go pickup the car from an open parking lot (which is common). Not a big deal, but my complaint is I asked the carrier ahead of time if they would be able to deliver to my house so that I could make the proper pickup arrangements and they said it would be no problem. Again, not the fault of Ship A Car Direct, but more a wrong assumption on the carriers part. By far Ship A Car Direct had better communication compared to most other brokers.
