This was our first experience transporting our vehicle, and the videos that Ship a Car Direct had on their website were very useful in explaining the process and helping us to understand the business. The timeliness starting with the quote as well as the ease of doing business stand out. While the driver we selected did request a bit more than the original quote the pickup and delivery times were perfect for our situation, so we went with him. Wayne had excellent communication skills, so we were always informed of how things were progressing. It really couldn't have been any easier. We would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone looking at shipping their vehicle.
