Couldn't be happier with Ship Car Direct Service

From the moment I contacted Eve at Ship Car Direct on Thanksgiving Friday, and she informed me that she shall call me back as soon as she arrived at her vacation destination, I knew I was getting better than ordinary service. Even on her family vacation, Eve took that time that evening to explain to me how the shipping process was going to work and which steps I would need to take to ensure that my vehicle arrives on time.
Eve informed me that because of the holiday, my vehicle would not be picked up until Monday when most truckers shall be returning from vacation. Monday morning, I received a call from Eve informing me that my vehicle has been scheduled and it should be picked up by noon.
At noon, my dealership called and informed me Sam was there to pick-up my vehicle. Exactly as Eve said it would occur. 2 days later, my vehicle was transported from Connecticut to Georgia.
I could not be happier with Eve’s customer service. Eve turned a normally exhausting process into a piece of cake
