Everything that Ship a Car Direct did was helpful. They kept in touch (nearly daily) throughout the process. Even though we were right in the middle of the Thanksgiving holiday, the car was assigned to a carrier very quickly and arrived in perfect shape on the day it was supposed to. Highly recommend this company.
