This was my second time to use Ship A Car Direct. The first time I had a bit of a problem with the transporter but Ship A Car was there for me every
time I called even when it was after hours I truly thought I was on my own because nobody answered the phone. I left a panic message anyway. I had none of my information with me, totally ignorant and unprepared of the process and standing in a strange
town trying to deal with a sketchy driver. Within minutes I was contacted and my problem was resolved shortly afterwards. That experience was
why I called Ship A Car Direct a second time this year and the service and transporter were stellar. I definitely recommend this company and will be
using them again in the future.
