The customer experience was straightforward and honest. My questions were answered, the process was explained accurately to my experience. My car was picked up early and dropped off early. (Maybe motivated by the holidays.) It was dropped off extremely dirty so you might want to plan for that, especially if you have a cross country move like I did. All went smooth, and I would use Ship A Car Direct again. Thank you.
