When i contacted Ship A Car i had many questions and concerns since this was my first experience with transporting anything. I talked to Eve and she was very helpful and understanding of my concerns. After calling other transporters i called back to Ship a Car with a couple more questions and then i decided to go with them. When they assigned a transporter to me i wanted to know more about the company chosen so i called back Eve was off so i left a message. Eve returned my call even though she was off that day. I had asked about the reliability of the transporter and insurance coverage. Eve sent me this information and assured me of their reliability. The car was picked up the next day after i accepted the proposal and delivered to me the following day. I looked over the car and everything looked fine, and not even dusty. I was really pleased with the whole transport and highly recommend Ship a Car Direct for anyone needing this service.
