I will highly recommend ship a car direct! The process was extremely smooth and most importantly, reliable. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I was quite nervous about the process, especially since the car was being picked up in California and shipped to Massachusetts. Ship A Car Direct guided me through the entire process, my customer service rep Jennifer was outstanding in giving me all the facts and how the process works. The vehicle was delivered in great condition, earlier than I expected, and the driver gave me a heads up the day before and the day of delivery. I am very pleased and will use the company again when the need arises! Thank you Ship A Car Direct for great service!
