After having been scammed by a thief 'auto shipping' broker I was in a jam. I needed to get my car shipped before my flight to move cross country. I did the extensive research (which I should have done in the first place) and came across Ship a Car Direct and spoke to John. He was amazing and ensured I understood their process and set expectations correctly so I knew what to expect. I could get updates via phone, email or texts. They also have either own app to take photos of the vehicle before it is shipped. This place is the deal! I would use them again if necessary and would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone I know that needs to ship a car.
