The people I spoke with were very nice and easy to talk to. However I was promised a 12/21 delivery (which was why I opt'd to go with this company) and then the car was sadly late. I was then told the car would be available "DEFINITELY" 12/21 and it ended up not being delivered until 12/22. While the driver was kind and delivered the car unharmed, it was very frustrating to be plan around a specific date that ended up not being true and ultimately late.
