Good people to talk to, the rep himself was a little brash but he got the job done and responded promptly. My car arrived without any complications and on time. The only thing was that it was filthy on the outside...maybe that's what happens when it's on an open carrier? I'm not sure how you could get so much dirt on the car. But overall I was satisfied with good service, definitely worth to ship with shipacardirect for the piece of mind that someone is looking out for you not just the transporter.
