Other than being late on pickup delivering the car a little dirty, I had a good experience and would use this company again. The Ship A Car Direct people are middle men, and they did their part very well, always honest about the process and keeping me informed of things. The driver is the one who ended up being late, but even then he gave notice about delays so I could work around it.
