My experience was great and I will definitely use Ship a Car Direct again. I worked with John to setup the transportation. He communicated the process very clearly and set my expectations. I knew exactly when the car was being picked up and when it was scheduled to be delivered. On the day of the delivery, the driver, William, gave me a call to let me know what time I could expect him. The drop off was quick and the car was in perfect shape.
