The 5 star rating is for David at Ship a Car Direct. Communication and service was excellent. As for the actual carrier, there was a huge lack of communication and they arrived early for drop off without proper notice and it was very chaotic trying to get someone at the drop off location early. They also had to drop the car off on the side of a highway, which isn’t very safe. Other than that, no damages to the car and no other issues. Highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and hopefully they have spoken to the carrier to make sure this kind of mishap doesn’t happen again to another customer.
