Delivery:
Vehicle arrived with no damage and on-time by subsidiary of Ship A Car Direct. LLMC Logistical LLC was the subsidiary delivering the 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque on a 2 car trailer pulled by a dually truck. We were very surprised, pleasantly so, of the small trailer. Range Rover was strapped down with nylon straps rather than chains which is a great benefit to the framework and wheels of my vehicle. Financial transaction occurred by cashier check for amount contracted. VA to CO in 3 days. Condition notes dirty exterior due to unavoidable exposure to salt on roads. Difficult to check for damage. No damage found after cleaning next day.
Scheduling:
This took Ship A Car Direct a very long time to find a carrier. Over ten days from when I contracted to receiving notice there was a carrier to schedule. Many days I would leave representative multiple messages for update and no response for a full business day. Dealer was bugging me to get the vehicle picked up. I began to have my doubts and look for another carrier. Then it went into warp speed with carrier signing on and picking up vehicle that night.
