It was my true pleasure to work with John, he was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. My situation was urgent and tough, he took extra effort to work with me through. The driver, Alex, was very familiar with his job and efficient in loading/unloading my vehicle. His communication was on the spot. I just had a car wash before the transport, yet the vehicle was delivered dirty (not damaged at all) due to the weather.
I would recommend Ship-A-Car-Direct to anyone who is in need of a reliable vehicle transport but does not know who can trust.
