Pick up was 5 days after my requested date but understandable due to all of the flooded cars being moved out of Houston, My truck was picked up on time after driver was assigned to my request. Driver was professional and willing to answer any questions that i had. Truck was delivered a day before the scheduled date which wasnt a problem in my case i would have to recommend this company as well as use them again for my shipping needs
