Jennifer, our representative at Ship a Car Direct was excellent. She responded quickly by email or phone to all of our inquiries. She gave realistic information, not vague promises. She asked questions and gave good advice and direction in order for our shipment to occur as soon as practical. She made the experience a positive one. The carrier they found was also good. It was a two person team so they were able to deliver the car in just 3 days. They were very professional in their examination and loading of our car. It arrived with no apparent damage and in good condition. Though they offer a small rebate to submit this review, it has nothing to do with the quality of this rating- they earned it. We are very happy with the entire experience.
