The communication with the carriers was not great before pick up. They seemed to be in a rush to get off of the phone. The original estimate was to pick up the same day I placed the order (a Wednesday) and deliver the following Monday. Weather delayed the pick up until Friday morning and I didn't hear from the carriers at all (only heard from seller of the car that it was picked up) so I wasn't expecting to get it by Monday. To my surprise, I got a call late Monday afternoon that they were going to arrive later that evening. Great service but the carrier could probably do a better job of communicating progress.
