Because this is the first time I have had a car shipped, I was a little bit nervous about the process. While the car was a little late, it certainly arrived in an acceptable amount of time, particularly since it was in the middle of winter when it was shipped. Throughout the process, the ShipaCar Direct representative kept in contact with me regularly and kept me up to date on pick-up and delivery. If I ever have to ship a car again, I would not hesitate to use their services again.
