I would absolutely use this service again. Jennifer was honest, helpful and attentive. The car arrived exactly when they said it would. It was very dirty but it traveled across the country in the winter. The driver was apologizing for the dirt, don't know how he could have avoided it. Yes, you do get $30 refund for this review, but, I would have given the same review without the money. Thanks so much for doing exactly what you said you would!
