Ship a car direct was very well organized- they even have an app to take pictures of the car for damage inspection. The customer service rep was timely and emailed confirmations after each step of the shipping process.
The contracted truck driver was picky about pickup and dropoff location. I had to go out of my way to meet the driver. The driver is contracted so it's not really ship a car's fault.
