The agents at Ship a Car Direct were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The quote was also the best price that I could find. Follow up messages inquiring as to progress and providing tips and recommendations were sent regularly without prompting.
The delivery did take longer than anticipated due to mechanical issues experienced by the carrier, but they did keep me informed with progress on repairs and advised as soon as delivery could be made.The car arrived a little dirty, but this was not unexpected since it had been snowing. There was no damage. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.
