I found Ship-A-Car Direct online when trying to find the best way to transport a vehicle from Minnesota to New York. I asked for a quote and Scott was extremely prompt with providing it. I had several follow questions about the process and when I called, Scott was immediately available and was very helpful.

Once I decided to move forward, the process was extremely simple. Scott coordinated everything and the car was picked up at a location of my choosing (near a strip mall in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota) and delivered directly to me in Kingston, New York. I imagine transporting a car to upstate New York isn't the easiest thing to make happen, especially in February, but Scott took care of everything.

The thing that impressed me the most about Ship-A-Car Direct was how communicative they were with me. As soon as Scott had secured transit, he contacted me and put me in touch with the driver. I was also contacted several times by the department that handles any damages during transit. They let me know the process for reporting any damages. My car arrived damage-free, so I didn't need to use their services, but it was very reassuring to know they were there for me, if needed.

Overall, working with Ship-A-Car Direct was a great decision. Their rates were the lowest I found anywhere and their customer service was amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you ever need to have a car shipped.
