The good Internet rating for Ship A Car Direct is the reason I contacted them. Even though it was several months in advance of my shipment, Eve answered all my questions. She remained my POC and kept in touch about once a month. I did not get a hard sell like I have from other car shipping companies. When the time came to ship, she did all the work to find a quality shipper. Flavio was the driver from shipping company, Top Line Service Inc. He was excellent - very courteous and professional. He kept me informed by phone of his status the day before pickup, the day of pickup, the day before delivery and the day of delivery. I never had to guess when things were going to happen. I also want to mention the free phone app from Ship A Car Direct to document the condition of the car with photographs before pickup and after delivery. It was very easy to use. Overall, I had a very good experience and would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct.
