I have only positive things to say about Ship A Car Direct. I did so much research about how the industry works and what my best options were (though it was not my first time shipping a car, it was my dream car.)

I learned that your best bet is to find a solid, honest broker because finding a carrier that works directly with the public is just about impossible.

All told the cost to ship my 2017 Chevy was $645 (plus I tipped the driver 20). What a steal!

One of the selling points for me was that they apparently will pay for your vehicle damages if the carrier assigned proves to be dishonest. I'm not sure what the extent of this guarantee is, because my car was delivered in perfect condition. But, if it's real, that's pretty darn cool.

Stefan my customer support gentleman was very kind and helpful. When he wasn't available they had a 24-hour customer support number whose staff was also very helpful.

They very quickly provided me with my carrier's insurance documents upon request.

They were a little late to pick it up, but I expected that! Once they found my a good carrier my car practically teleported here.
