The actual carrier needed to work on communication skills, but Ship a Car Direct was very helpful. The carrier said he'd pick it up between 10 and 11 but never came. I had to call again.
When delivery time came, he did not deliver it to the door, and I had to come meet him elsewhere. It's ok to have changes in the schedule, but I should be notified before the last minute if the schedule changes.
