Overall the experience was great. While it took a little longer than normal for my car to be picked up, it got there a little quicker than expected and right on time. I don't really have any complaints whatsoever. Jennifer was great in keeping me in the loop while offering to lower some of the cost I would pay in order to get my car to my destination. I am giving 5 stars because overall I was happy with how I was kept in the loop on different things and had a point of contact that was really trying to get my car to me as quickly as possible. Will be using again if need be.
