First off, the experience was way easier than I anticipated and looking back I'm so glad I used Ship A Car Direct.
The customer service was quick and answered all of my questions (I had a lot).
I was skeptical on the ease of the overall process due to traveling 2200 miles, but in the end it truly was simple.
The driver was very prompt and even arrived earlier than expected.
I had difficulty with oral communications via phone with the driver so I asked to text him instead, which he agreed to and it was great.
If I had ever to ship a car again, I will give Ship A Car Direct my business in a jiffy.
