I had a great experience with Ship a car Direct. It was snowing the morning of my car pick up, so pick up was delayed a few hours. When my car got to california, my family had to pick up the car since I was out of town, and the process was seamless. I had both the driver's contact information and someone at their main office for any questions I had. Would use them again.
