There was regular and honest feedback from the broker and carrier. The only reason for the lower score on delivery was that they hoped it would be delivered on a Thursday but it was delivered the following Monday, because I had to travel out of town. There were slight scratches on my car but I will assess this once it is thoroughly cleaned.
