Everything went really well, car was picked up in the window they indicated and dropped off on time. The only negative to the experience was the transporter is supposed to contact us a day before they arrived for pick up or drop-off. They actually only called a couple of hours before arrival on the pick-up end and maybe 6 hours before arrival on the drop-off end. Not great if you might be out and about, luckily we were around but they picked up at 11 p.m., which is a little late in my eyes. This is really more of a transport company issue and not an issue with ShipACarDirect. Customer service was great and they answered all of my questions right away. Other than the amount of notice give by the transport company, they did a great job and the car arrived safely and without any damage. I would definitely use them again.
