Ship a Car Direct gave us estimated pickup and delivery dates but said they were only an estimate and the trucker would call 2 hours before and SACD gave us the truckers phone but it was always off line. When I called VMC customer service they promised to get a hold of the trucker and call me right back. They never did - phone off line. Trucker called 2 hours before delivery and we said we needed 3 hours to drive. He arrived promptly 3 hours later, was polite and truck arrived with no damage.
