Ship A Car Direct did a great job of getting someone in short notice to pick up my car. My only complaints are that Ship A Car Direct kept calling me by my middle name even though I answered with my first name over the phone but that didn't bother me too much and the shipper left my car unlocked even though I told him to leave it locked since I would not be at the drop off location. The service was great, just needs a little better communication.
